As RANLIfe Real Estate’s listing agent of the year for 2017, I am one of the top agents at RANLife Real Estate--I have been with RANLife for more than 11 years, for the first six years I was a top loan officer on the lending side. I am very excited to be working as a real estate agent for RANLife! I have assisted hundreds of clients purchase homes over the years. I put customer service and achieving results for my clients as my number one goal, this frame of mind has helped my customers sell their homes for more money and get into their new homes faster and easier! What I bring to the table is ABUNDANT knowledge in negotiating, marketing and staging to buy and sell real estate here in Utah!  Also from my prior career experience as a loan officer, I help my clients through navigating the underwriting process and meeting deadlines in transactions.  I am also a real estate investor and currently own multiple properties in the Salt Lake Valley, I am VERY in touch with the market on the Wasatch Front!  My wife Stephanie (who is also a part of my Real Estate team) and I have a handsome little boy and the most adorable daughter, they are our main focus when we have down time!  We spend a lot of time in the great outdoors and participate in events along the Wasatch Front.  I love meeting people and building relationships and hope that I get the opportunity to earn your business and I look forward to working with you.
